Hi Xassy,

I've tried Slimming World but found it too fussy.. calorie counting is much more straight forward :) good luck!
 
Saturday

Breakfast 2 chocolate weetabix with soya milk (200)
Morning snack Fibre Plus cereal bar (110)
Lunch M&S "Fuller Longer" duck and noodle dish (335)
Afternoon snack Apple (70) and biscuit (70)
Supper Tuna mayo (150) and boiled veg (100)
Fibre Plus cereal bar (110)
Evening snack apple (70) and French fries (85)

Total = 1300 calories

Your food looks yummy as well! I used to be rather addicted to cereal bars! :p

Haha I can tell!! :p They are soooooo yummy!! I used to alllllways have them crushed up and mixed with yoghurt!! :D

How many calories a day are you aiming for?? Have you got much to lose??

Well done on the 1lb loss! I personally love the Special K chocolate bars, find they give me that little chocolate hit in the evening

Oooh that's a good idea! I may have to steal it! :D

I'm aiming for a maximum of 1500 a day. I'll see how it goes. I would like to lose another 15lbs. I've already lost 37lbs. I lost that from Jan to August and then I struggled to get my weight any further down. I needed a kick up the backside. ;) My BMI is now 23.6 and I want to get it down to 21. :)

Morning snack 2 rich tea biscuits (80) and SF jelly (20)
Lunch Wholewheat pasta in homemade tomato soup (350)
Afternoon snack Snack-a-jacks (125) and breadsticks (80)
Supper Salmon and asparagus (350)
Evening snack Grapes and an apple (150)
2 weetabix oaty bars (135)

Total = 1455 calories
