Xenical and avoiding accidents

Hi I just wanted to ask wether anyone has had any accidents while on xenical even if they were following the fat rule have read on other places on the net that if you follow the rules you don't get any side affects and I wondered if this is true

For me that's completely true for me. I stick to it for the 4 months I took them & no problems/tango visits. It's ignoring the rules that cause the problems & really they aren't problems it's what the meds are meant to do to discourage you from eating badly x

I personally don't see the same"Tango" as a side effect. Its a consequence so as long as you follow the rules then you have nothing to worry about. Good luck!

I live within the rules and have never been tango-ed. If you follow the rules there wont be a problem
