I think if we can get enough people to justify it, then having a room would be better. We can all bring food and that would keep the costs down.

If the room hire's not too much, I might be able to get it sponsored.

i think a room would be really cool, and like you said people can bring stuff which really will help keep costs down, my dad can get booze very cheaply as he knows the right people lol so i can get him to get me some and ill bring it all. ooo would be cool to get it sponsered!

how many people do you think we need to justify a room? 20ish?

oh and copius amounts of cocktails! and balloons...fireworks maybe, party poppers, strippers, yummy food and generally a very good time!

Karaoke would be a great idea! I love Karaoke - especially when drunk!

I'll see if I can get a drug company to sponsor the room - we get pharmaceutical reps in all the time and they are often cool with sponsoring bits and bobs. We'd just have to have some balloons or pens with Xenical or whatever on to justify them paying for it.
