i am going to start a daily diary all help will be appreciated and tips
morning : 3x rashes bacon
3x coffee and cream
snack 1 stick celery with salt
lunch spinich leaves with 2 pork steaks (fat trimmed off )
sf jelly
dinner: fish with butter(birds eye atlantic one ) and with brocolli or home made mince burger with a fried egg or two depends what i feel like later on
maybe another sf jelly
3 litres of water maybes more
1 can coke zero
and gym today if i can push 600-700 calories on the x trainer and running machine
im getting sooooo bored of food atm
i need new recipies i cant find much in the recipie thread
i start work at 6am so its the case of doin it the night b4 like a couple boiled eggs or bacon
im bored with this
