Cant bleave it my 6th day n ive let myself down :cry: By nibbling my babys biscuit could kick meself :cry:
 
Well if only a nibble then no serious harm done! But BOLD GIRL! No more of that nonsense please! You are about to weigh in and the losses will be worth the effort! BEHAVE!

It cant be un-done, so learn from how bad you feel now.

NO MORE NIBBLING. You can do it hun, just keep yourself busy and think of all the food that will be there for you when you get to goal.
 
Whats done is done. When you fall of the bike you've just got to get straight back on again. I was looking on the lipotrim website the other night and watched the video on there. That put me off wanting to nibble!!!
 
Get right back on it hun, and remember just how bad nibbling made you feel :cry:, that way you won't be tempted again. STOP NIBBLING....
 
Yup, Cant say anymore than what has already been said!

Its easy to forget your on a diet when your doing things like feeding the kiddie winks, but try to keep focused :)
