I've been cursed with unbearable bloating for the past couple weeks...& the people in the health food store told me to try probiotics...

I have talet form.. but was wondering if Yakhult would be allowed? or has anyone used it?

I think u will be okay with the tablets. I remember drinking these on slimming world then realising they had quite a few syns in them. Best to stay away. Even the light one has 5g sugar.

Are the cultures different from a good quality yogurt? I remember when Activia came out as such a great source of probiotics and then learning it has exactly the same as other good quality yogurts.

Thanks might try them when I get over my illness as the Health Food Man said not to take any probiotics until I finish my course of antibiotics because they kill all bacteria in the body.. and will cancel them out
