Yasmine's Refeed diary (take 3)

Cheers Mary, I feel a little more comfortable this time, a little worried here and there but it seems a little easier this time.
 
Day 5:

Breakfast:

Maintenance oramge creme

Snack:
Small Banana

Lunch:
Bagel sandwich with half a can tuna, cucumber, lettuce fromage frei with a side salad of cucumber lettuce the other half of tuna and cherry tomatoes. 1 apple and a WW yoghurt.

Snack:
Maintenance caramel bar

Dinner:
2 quorn sausages, and a salad topped with fromage frei

So far I've had 2 cans of diet coke and some water
