Hello and congratulations for your weight loss.

I'm currently doing Lighter life but because it's so expensive, I'd like to switch.

Could you tell me what you do in your own diet??

hi lovely all am doing is for breakfast im having fruit and fibre just weighing up the amount i should be eating, for lunch i have yogurt poured over banana and apple. mid afternoon i will have a couple of cream crackers and cottage cheese and for tea i eat normally with hubby chicken or whatever, but i have cut out bread, biscuits , pies which i used to love, in the evenining i go on my wii i have brought the EA active in doing the 30 challange with that. and im really enjoying it too, i only do it for 20 mins each day you can set your days. i have been on so many diets and what im doing now is the only one i have stuck too.
