wots wrong with me I am at the end of day 4 and still not properly in ketosis i just match the first colour on the sticks which is just a trace,am really dissapointed

I have realised now that my 2nd week is nearly over that if I get the urge to eat or have hunger pains to just wait it out. I find it goes after about half an hour and then I can't believe that I actually nearly blew it.
Finding it quite easy now and loving not having to think about food, well I do still have to feed my 8 month old but I've left my husband to fend for himself!!!
