:Dsorry bit sad that but really excitted i've bought the amazing inch loss plan and it looks fab i think it might just be what i need to lose this pesky 16lbs i,m 10.4lbs and wish to be 9.2lbs by august 16th arghhh:8855: but i suppose that is only 1.7lbs a week and apparantly you can lose pretty steadily with rc and the execise plan looks good as ive been trying sw and ww just recently and lost 10lb since 6th april so not to bad but i get bored easily and really need to do this so i think i may start a diary and any support from any of you will be gratefully received sorry about the waffling i tend to get abit carried away thank you for reading hope you didnt fall asleep :8855:.

Hi, Yes it is fab, I have done ww in past and been succesful but struggled recently to lse weight on ww or sw but rc seems to do the trick. My only regret is that i messed up on week 2 otherwise i think my result would have been a lot better.
