Had two people today ask me if I had lost weight..really nice as although I've seen it on the scales, I can't really see any difference yet..

Just wanted to share as it made me smile. Anyone else have anything nice happen to them today??

Lost 7lb in two weeks...I feel better for it and my trousers do up a little better but can't see much difference
