Evening all
had my 1st shift at work today and straight away people were asking if I had lost weight ! Thrilled to bits, just had to share

Its a good feeling when people notice you've lost weight and pay you a compliment. A woman at an aerobics class this morning asked if I had lost weight and said had to look twice to see if it was really me. I walked out with a spring in my step - she made my day!
