yellow CD book

i've noticed a few people mentioning this book, where do you get one from and what sort of information does it have in there? is it important at all?

Hi kateykat, your CDC should have provided one for you when you started i think, it's got all the Cd plans in it and everything you need to know about cambridge.

when I first started my CDC wasnt going to give me one as she said some CDCs give them out when you start to move up the programme as it contains recepies which can be torture to SS people! (that is why people on SS have a different Pink book) She did however, let me have the yellow book as it has all the products (food) you can order and I was always forgetting what my choices were he he

My CDC gave me my yellow book when i started moving up the plans. Don't see any reason why you can't have it when you start, though.
