    Hi,

yellow cornmeal is what we call Polenta (the dried grain as opposed to the solid precooked stuff).

Just looked in the book and it's 5 syns per 28g (dry weight).

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

Checked SW online but no luck, seems to be more of a speciality product. I googled it and found no major supermarkets selling it, it seems to be a health supplies product. You could do with finding the nutritional info and then try and find out. Sorry not much help.

I bought mine (Pre SW) at Asda in the 'ethnic foods' section. Was really cheap for a huge bag.

Juliewoo - if it's not too much trouble could you post the recipe? I know it's high in syns but I fancy making a little one to try as I stupidly bought a bag of polenta without checking the syns! :) xxx
