    Carrot yogurt? Well, I suppose if you can have carrot cake!! Sounds odd though - is it nice?

    Not tried it yet. Wanted to know the damage before I bought it lol! That is pretty amazing syns for the whole pot :eek:

    Yeo Valley is on offer in Morrison's at the moment, 2 big pots for £2! They're £1.50 each.

    Do you happen to know the syn values for any of the other 0% fat ones or would they be quite similar anyway?x

    I tried some of this and it is delicious, really refreshing, think it would be good frozen in summer.

    Excellent! Thank you Indiastar :D Got my Mum picking me some up today ;) Have a feeling this could be a very good, low syn cinema snack in the future!! I love Yeo Valley. I won some Glastonbury tickets through them a while ago (just saw your weight loss goal ;)) Amazing company! xx
