i really need help on motivation here, because i start my diet, and don't stick to it, then i'm back to square one, i do eat more sometimes when i'm stressed i admit that any ideas? how to keep motivated and how to feel full?
What 'diets' have you tried? I tried everything before trying Slimming World and as there is unlimited free food I don't find the munchies much of a problem anymore. It's the only one i have ever been able to stick to and that has worked for me
