Some of you might remember me asking advice last week about what everyone has for breakfast and if it helped with weight loss (because I wasn't really a breakfast person). My weight loss had just about stopped, so I took on board your advice and have had Weetabix this week for breakfast. Apart from really enjoying them, they stopped me from feeling hungry all morning and I never picked at anything until lunch time. Got on the scales this morning and lost 3 lb (despite drinking too much on Saturday night and losing count of my points:eek:). I am over the moon. It has really given me a boost. Thanks for the advice everyone. :)

Woohoo well done on the 3lbs!

Glad you're enjoying your W-bix. You may want to alter what you're having after a bit as the body will get used to it.

I try and have a different breki every morning this week ive had-
1.w.bix
2.oats so simple
3.mushrooms on toast
4.banana+yogurt..

good luck for another fab week ahead.x

3lb that is fantastic

here are the things I have for breakfast
fat free yog and 30g muesli - 3pts
30g oats and milk (about 4pts) for porridge into which I often add some cinnamon
today
mushrooms free
2 slices of nimble 1.5
2 eggs fried in frylight 2.5 so a total of 4pts
I did think after I could have added a couple of grilled toms with that too

enjoy your breakfasts it is so surprising what a difference one meal can make :)

When I first started WW, I was having a bagel or crumpets etc for my brekkie every morning... they did fill me up but my weight loss has been slow... this week however I have switched to having 4 portions of fruit and a WW Fromage Frais - total of 4 points.. and I feel so much better. I don't feel as bloated as I do when I have a lot of carbs, although I will have to wait until Monday to see if the scales reflect that..

Good luck Tracy. Cutting out those carbs has got to help. I have been cutting out my cups of tea as well and have been drinking more water. I also feel much better and am getting more excercise because I am always running to the blummin toilet :D
