Some of you might remember me asking advice last week about what everyone has for breakfast and if it helped with weight loss (because I wasn't really a breakfast person). My weight loss had just about stopped, so I took on board your advice and have had Weetabix this week for breakfast. Apart from really enjoying them, they stopped me from feeling hungry all morning and I never picked at anything until lunch time. Got on the scales this morning and lost 3 lb (despite drinking too much on Saturday night and losing count of my points). I am over the moon. It has really given me a boost. Thanks for the advice everyone.
