Thai places usually have stir fries, just avoid the ones with sweeter sauces and pineapple
or salads though they sometimes have peanuts on.

You can usually get a grilled prawn starter, or scallops, sometimes a marinated beef.

Thai is actually a pretty friendly choice as the rice is usually a separate order and they dont tend to bread everything.

I was just about to post ask the same about Chinese. It's next weekend I am off out with friends. All the things I normally have are usually coated.

Agree that with thai it is fairly easy to be Dukan friendly - I ask our local thai for just plain prawns and vegetables which are done very plainly and taste great - they season well but with v v little oil - for chinese I stick to something such as chicken and mushroom and avoid the sauce - both of these cuisines I have eaten fairly regularly during Dukan and still lost weight - sensible choices with no carbs or fried items seems to work okay!!!!
