Ive finally got into a pair of jeans I had for my Birthday (back in march)
they are Marks and sparks and have no "give" in them whatsoever, best thing is they are a size

I do find Marks and Sparks clothes tend to be quite a bit smaller than other ones on the high street too- so that's a particular achievement!

How much weight have you lost altogether now? What is your target??

Ive lost 17lb in 2 weeks with CD, weigh day tomorow but my scales are showing a loss of 5lb so possibly 22lb in 3 weeks,

This time 2 years ago after the birth of my son I weighed 17st 12lb today my scales say 13st 9lb
