could someone please tell me which yoghurts you use. I read somewhere on the facebook page that muller light was not allowed. and I can't seem to find coconut, or lemon other than perle du lait which i am sure is not allowed

i buy either tesco's or asdas fat free greek yogurt and add sweetner

thanks i have a yoghurt maker and make plain thick yoghurt and just eat it as it is as i don't like the taste of sweetner in things , but i thought it would be nice to have a flavoured one now and again

Eileen you could add vanilla essence mmmmmmm, or lemon flavouring endless possibilities x

thanks is there any benefit to buying the dukan flavourings from the dukan shop or are they a waste of money

i bought a couple from there and thought they were horrible. i buy the carb fat and suger free ones from low carb megastore now

i frequently buy from the sugar free megastore but haven't seen them on there i will have to take a closer look thanks
