Hi just wondering, are all yoghurts/ fromagis frai free on ee? I've just discoverd my little boys choc flavor fromage frai it's lovely! So wondering if it's free? Just has about 52 cals

Nope. Check out the sticky thread about yogurts. Not all fat free yogurts are free either.

Fraid not - have a squizz in the syns thread. .There's a specific sticky at the top of the thread but some questions in the main body too.

I think your son's pud will be approx 2.5 syns
