This is just for me to keep track really, I have good weeks and bad weeks and if I seem to grind to a halt I can refer back to a good week and simulate that weeks food. Saying that any input would be great, if I'm doing anything wrong, any tips or feedback.

Just put a stew on for tonight, stewing steak is 10.5pts, 650g potatoes 6.5 pts, 1 tsp oil 1pt, shoved an onion, leek, 4 carrots, 1/2 swede and a pack of mushrooms in it. Used oxo instead of gravy granules. Theres absolutley loads of the stuff. Going to split it into 5 portions which means only 3 1/2 pts each portion. Might make some bun tin sized yorkshire puddings to go with it, I think they're 1 pt each. Really pleased with the past 2 days. Not done much exercise though, been quite bad this week with aching joints and lethargy. Off to see my endocronologist in 4 weeks. Maybe he'll drop my dosage and I'll feel a bit better.

Very pleased with this week so far, reading back I seem so strict, I doubt that will last very long.
Great tip too, a quick and very easy pasta sauce, extra light phillidelphia tossed in your pasta, add a tbls water to stop it getting too thick. It was only 0.5 pts.

Weigh in last night lost 4lbs this week

Starting weight 11st 6lbs
Week 1 lost 3lbs = 11st 3lbs
Week 2 0 Total loss 3lbs = 11st 3lbs
Week 3 lost 4lbs Total loss 7lbs = 10st 13lbs (yay under 11 stone!!)

Over the moon with my half a stone loss in 3 weeks!!!! 4 weeks until holiday and really hoping to get to 10st 7lbs by then. That averages at 1 and half lbs per week. Sounds achieveable, have to wait and see.

Been quite ill last week so haven't been very strict, back to it now though.

Week 4 lost 2lbs. Total 9 lbs!

just wanted to say i loved your diary, on sw myself while listenin to paul mckenna funny aint i , i need to lose 1 stone 10 were renewing our vows in march and i really want to be slimmer lol , thinkin of doin ww has i know its works really well , so im going to keep an eye on your tracker to hopefully give me a lift , and think about crossing over lol , its just so hard , has a family sw have welcome us , my hubbie does the ladies money and my son her raffle , what to do ,wel done u

You're doing really well Simmy, and thanks for commenting on my diary it really gives me a boost to keep going.
I've had the flu and it's left me with a sinus infection, still not feeling to clever, but, not eating much. So, I'm eating what I want (slaps own wrists)
Fresh start Monday for sure. Whether I'm 100% or not. Only 2 weeks until our holiday, got a horrible feeling I'll be removing my silver seven tonight after my weigh in.
