This is the only fish I really like! I get the ones without any coating and steam them with a little chili, garlic and ginger and they are very yummy!! they can be a bit expensive but Tesco do them half price quite a lot.

I would love to know how much for a healthy extra!?!?

Thank you Jen, we had the fillets with lightly dusted coating and I cooked them in the halogen oven, we really enjoyed them, they were really nice, I shall be buying Basa again.
