your fave red day meals please

i need some inspiration. ive been doing green two weeks now and feel like a change but i'm out of ideas. please tell me what you eat on red!!
 
hey jenjen! here's a few examples of what i used to have!

chilli (made from scratch) with no kidneys beans or count them as b choice or syns

spag bol (made from scratch) with pasta as a b choice

grilled steak or fried with fry light with fried onions and peppers and roast butternut squash

steamed fish with free veg

bacon, syn free sausages (some available from M&S i think) and egg used some bread as b aswell i suppose

chicken and free veg

i used to use butternut squash instead of potatoes or have potatoes as a b choice.
