Hi guys , managed to fill my plate with broccoli salmon and allot of pasta . Is it ok to use my syn s to put a little butter on my brocoli , only way I eat loads

Of course so long as you weigh/measure it and count the syns, you can have anything on your broccoli! I love ketchup, bbq sauce, grated cheese (hxA), or just plain old salt & pepper. Yummy! Love broccoli!!

Yes - you can use your Syns on whatever you like.
You just need to make sure that with butter/sauce/cheese/etc. that you weigh/measure these so that you're sure you have the correct Syn value.
