Just wanted to ask, do you all go for the WI first thing in the morning on a empty stomach? I usually do but today could not and only managed to get in the afternoon and weight came out really bad only 0.1KG less than last week.

    Should I be worried?

I get weighed after work at 4.30 so by then I'm always a pound heavier than the morning. But I can't go at any other time. Also my chemist has those old fashioned scales which look like they aren't in line but I try not to get to hung up on that because I can tell in my clothes that I'm losing. Today I managed to wear (comfortably!!) my size 16 work trousers (ok ok they're from evans!!) but It still made me feel good. Dont get too hung up on the scales I'm trying not to but its easier said than done eh!
