I was thinking about doing a daily/bi weekly Lipotrim video diary on youtube, It'd mean buying a cam but I feel it might be a good way to get out my frustrations lol

Any thoughts?

Good plan itll keep your attention on the goal and you'll keep it up if you know someone is watching thats what I find great about the weigh ins theres someone there to keep an eye
