Oh how disappointing for you. When do you see your CDC? if it is before you run out of supplies could you just use another pack tonight and buy another from CDC. It's not the end of the world to not have it but your nutrition for the day is worked out between each of the packs. May be a good thing to have a couple of spares in case something like this happens again. You could be making a soup or a shake and knock the whole lot over for instance.

I had this problem the other day. You need to mix the mousse powder in with the shake powder really well before you add the 150ml of really cold water. You only get the lumps if you don't mix the powder first.
I also find the mousse is genrally a bit more solid if you put it in the freezer for 10 minutes rather than the fridge.

thanks girlies- i do have 2 spare so will have one of those- thanks tho Clare that is so nice of you! Kelly, I realised as soon as I added the water that I had made a fatal error, altho I had put the M-A-M and foodpack into the bowl together i didnt mix them, which led to the MAM sticking together in blobs and not mixing with the foodpack, so it didnt turn into mousse. Have made many successful mousses in the past but obv it has been a while and i forgot how to do it- oooops! xxx
