Ok ppl how do we counter bloatedness and constipation?

Im drinking more water now by the way.
I will be starting exercize tomorow.. I have a wii fit, a twist stepper and a DVD that helps to kick out the carbs? lolz it sounds cheese but i really liked the work out!

i cant do all three things in one day as i work full time then im a mommy full time when i get home so gona try steal half hour here n there for a few days a week!
3-4 times a week for 30 mins i hope.

I know that a lot of people on the Cambridge diet forum swear by psyllium seeds (check spelling) which you get from health food shops to help with fibre intake and aid constipation. Otherwise, increase vegetables (or make a flaxseed muffin from the recipes at the top of the Atkins page, they're great sliced and toasted)
If you are eating sugar free sweets/bars they can cause gas & bloating so cut down if that's the case
I'm a true couch potato so can't comment on the exercise but it sounds energetic enough to me :D
