I dunno really? I've read contradicting stuff about adding pepper and other stuff, some say its fine others say its not, oh well I guess I'll find out next wednesday when I step on the scales!!

Cracking! Ooh exciting! Does too much pepper matter though? I put a ton of it in! I'm sat watching casualty whilst boy is watching golf- I'm literally a golf widow! He enjoyed his tea though! I think I'm an excellent chef! Xx

My pharmacy said you could add pepper to the soup and mixed dried herbs !!! I've being do that otherwise can't drink the stuff . My pharmacist has done the diet herself !
The vanilla shake with coffee and ice is nice too (thank u who ever posted this) x

Be careful not to just put coffee granules straight in as it tasted horrible like that (well it did for my taste anyways)....I'm lucky we have a coffee machine thing at home that OH absolutely adores just now we use that...

PS If anyone wants 6 chicken soups I am happy to post them to you...prefer them to go to a good home than in the bin

MrsF bring them back and get them swapped, the pharmacy don't mind and are probably used to it

Hi mrs F I went to the pharmacy yesterday and swapped the vile strawberry shakes for soup !! They said people do it all the time
I personally like the soup when u add pepper and u can add mix dried herbs !
They make me feel I've had a cuppa soup some normality to my day (pretend its dinner)

I tried to give them back and they said they couldn't take them back due the packs having left the premises they can't guarantee they haven't been tampered with...arggggghhhh! They aren't too bright in this pharmacy and it is in the middle of a scary estate so I wasn't gonna argue with them.....hence why I'm offering to give them to a good home

The majority of the pharmacies will exchange the packs...

It is a pity Mrsfeeneytobe that they could not exchange them for you or given you some free ones in there place for being a good customer.

However while it is very nice of you to off to give your packs away I must remind our members that we don't allow the trading of diet products on MiniMins for sale, swapping or given away free.
