well had a really bad day yest as im going thru a really hard time at the minute.been with mu husband for 13 years but things r really hard at the min.needless to say i fell off the wagon. well back on track today so far and just had a cookies and cream shake and its really not my favourite:yuk: think im just gonna stick to chocolate shake and truffa bars.got some coming today yay.hope you all doin well xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sorry to hear you are having a hard time Hun. When I did LL, Hubby felt extremely neglected. I am well on my way with this, but I think he is jealous at the mo, as he needs to lose some weight himself! He has tried a few of my shakes and says he will give S&S a go when we return from our holiday...
