Ok here's the deal - week one 12 lbs off jump for joy. Week 2 ok on food however very proud mummy - oldest daughter's graduation - in Cardiff - hotel meals etc - all planned for and blessed by the pharmacy as a justified blip but then back home Wed ....:sigh: and middle daughter routine check up and ends up getting transfered to hospital in Alder Hey (50 miles away). Not been home since, ran out of shakes, ate crappy food and went for late weigh in today to find.....whoopee do 3 lbs off. So what do you you do when you run out ? I tried a local liverpool stockist who wouldn't supply me cos I wasn't registerd with them and I didn't have enough cash to buy a weeks supply from them so ya boo sucks I'm back home, medium size girl is fine and weigh in was much much better than expected. So eventually joy all round !!
