Ok here's the deal - week one 12 lbs off jump for joy.
Week 2 ok on food however very proud mummy - oldest daughter's graduation - in Cardiff - hotel meals etc - all planned for and blessed by the pharmacy as a justified blip but then back home Wed ....:sigh: and middle daughter routine check up and ends up getting transfered to hospital in Alder Hey (50 miles away). Not been home since, ran out of shakes, ate crappy food and went for late weigh in today to find.....whoopee do 3 lbs off.
So what do you you do when you run out ? I tried a local liverpool stockist who wouldn't supply me cos I wasn't registerd with them and I didn't have enough cash to buy a weeks supply from them so ya boo sucks I'm back home, medium size girl is fine and weigh in was much much better than expected.
So eventually joy all round !!:):):)

Well done for getting straight back to LT !
I agree with Garry, register with more than one chemist . I ran out once over a Bank Holiday weekend because the chemist decided not to open on the Sunday that I was due for my WI ( had to borrow some CD shakes from a friend !!! )

You poor love, what a week. Well done for losing despite everything.

Coz my WI is on a Monday, when the first bank holiday came up in May my pharmacist suggested I bought 2 weeks worth. I managed to get in to be weighed on the Wednesday and bought another weeks worth. It means I have an extra weeks worth just in case of those sort of situations. With another bank holiday in May and my work committments it was just one less thing for me to worry about.

Glad to hear middle daughter is better now.

Interesting, I didn't know you could do this.

Personally I have about 3 days spare so I'm alright.

Well done in the circumstances and congrats on the loss.
