has anyone had more than one bar on exante? any side effects?

Hi and welcome to the Exante board. It's not advisable to have two bars as the fibre can be a bit much on the system!

Hi Sarah, too late ive had two now! I called exante earlier they said that one is recommended but two may work for some people! I think i may come off exante and back to lipotrim me and bars don't work!!
