I'm sure loads of you already do this or similar but I discovered it the other day when I was craving biscuits (for me one or two doesn't do it, i need half a pack lol)...
I sliced banana (i guess any fruit would work) in a bowl, poured over vanilla mullerlight, and then crumbled a ginger nut over the top (i crumbled it quite small)...
it was like a crumble and got rid of the craving for only 2.5 syns!!!
