Yummy low cal meal :)

I had a really yummy lunch today and wanted to share it with you all because it blummin' well filled me up!!

I got six egg whites, seasoned with salt and pepper and fried them in fry light to make 3 thin omlettes (2 eggs to each omlette), these were then like my "wraps"

I then fried off half a sliced onion, 1 grated carrot, a can of sliced mushrooms and a dollop of tomato puree...

Fill the "wraps" with this mixture and hey presto a yummy filling lunch! (There was literally loooooooads!)

And all for...

220 calories! :D

Definitely going to make this again!! :)
