Hi everyone.

Back again after a really rough pregnancy. Was sick for most of it and had so much back pain exercise was non existent. My little lady is now six weeks old so time to get my act together again. Her christening is Feb 18th and I plan to have 10lbs gone by then. Which will take me back to when I left group at 5 months pregnant.

So here goes starting with yesterday's meals.

Breakfast- scrambled egg with fried potato onion and spinach. Large coffee with 1/4 hexa milk

Lunch - chicken fajita with hexb wrap filled with fried chicken, lettuce, peppers, onions and served with 3.5 syns of hula hoop pufts. Can of Pepsi Max.

Dinner - chicken korma with chickpeas, chicken, spinach, onion, peppers and white rice. The entire pot of korma is 20 syns divided into 6 portions which works about 3.5 syns. Pint miwadi sugar free. I also did a side salad with cucumber and red onion.

Snacks - curly wurly 6

Lunch today - leftover veggie soup. - speed filled, leeks, onions, carrot, turnip, parsley, garlic, peppers and some red lentils for protein. 2x hexb bread

Large coffee X 2 hexa milk

Dinner. Mixture of curries with some synfree pickle and rice.

Last night I had a suprise belated birthday cake so I had a small slice with some lemon tea.

Syns unknown...

Breakfast-
Pear
Coffee hexa milk
Pancakes with blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, banana and Nutella.
(Just counting that we all my syns today)

Can't believe the week has gone by and I haven't been posting. I've been having a fairly good week meal wise. I lost 2.5lbs at group on Wednesday so I am happy with that after my overindulgence of cake at the weekend.
Monday - breakfast was boiled eggs and an apple and banana.
Lunch - potato cubes (used peri peri seasoning) with salad
Dinner - potato, roast chicken, roast peppers and carrots.
Syns - curly wurly 6, freddo 5
Hexa full fat milk
Hexb weetabix and hifi ( I'm breastfeeding I get extra hex's)

Tuesday
Breakfast was 2 weetabix with milk so used one hexa and one b. Clementine
"Lunch" strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries with icecream.
Proper lunch - leftover Bolognese. With fusilli pasta.
Dinner - fried eggs, bacon, chips and beans (no speed)
Syns - icecream 8

Wednesday - weigh day
Breakfast
Weetabix and milk
Lunch - toast and butter 15 syns ?!
Dinner - lean mince burger with broccoli, fried onion and potatoes.

Thursday
Banana
Lunch - homemade veggie n lentil soup and hexb bread.
Dinner - steak medallions, fried onion, baby potatoes and a veg melody broccoli cauliflower and carrot.
Syns - multigrain crisps and butter 15

Breakfast
Weetabix and milk 1 hexb and 1hexa
Lunch
Vegetable soup and slimbo ( second hexb) with three bacon medallions.
3/4 of a yellow melon snacking with the meals and picking at it all day
Dinner
Smoked Cod with boiled potatoes, marrowfat peas and loads of carrots.

Lots of coffee with milk (hexa) - good thing I get so many hexa while breastfeeding. Because I lost count of my coffee and tea intake yesterday. Was exhausted.

Snacks - fiber one salted caramel (think it's 4.5 syns. I must double check the app)
Freddo 5 syns.

Saturday - today

Today was insanely busy day had some shopping to do so I was bold. Very bold when I was out.
Breakfast - on plan
Slimbo hxb with bacon medallions
Scrambled eggs with parsley.
Blackberries and Blueberries
Beanies chocolate coffee.. is this flavour syn free too???

Lunch
Costa- skinny latte
KFC- two pieces of chicken (I didn't eat the skin.. does it count as syn free. I mean battered fish is free if you remove the skin). Some of my bfs fries. Large Pepsi Max

Don't even know how to count the syns 😓😫

Dinner-
roast Chicken - actually cooked it myself 🤣
Cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, peas, mash, and parsnips (roasted in the last of the Xmas goose fat - approx 12 syns divided by 8 portions. So what 1/2 syn 1 syn again
Gravey 3 syns

Snacks
Fiber one salted caramel

Didn't eat my second hexb or two of my hex a allowance. Was out from 9:30-7ish so I was exhausted. Didn't even get dinner til 9.

Planning an all on plan day tomorrow. Himself is off work so he can entertain baby while I do some prep work for the weeks food.

Tuesday beef stew
Wednesday - weigh day. Other half cooks dinner at his parents house as I go to group with his mum.
Thurs - chicken fajita rice
