decided to start my refeed a day early. on friday.

weighed my self on Friday morning was 21 Stone 2lbs



Friday
1st day on refeed 595 cals
Breakfast: 1 maintanice shake,
Lunch: 1 maintanice bar
Dinner: greenleaf salad with 100g of chicken

Saturday
2nd day on refeed 1016 cals
Breakfast:1 maintanice shake
Lunch: green leaf salad with balsamic vinigar 100g of smoked salmon and 100g ofchicken
Dinner: Seasonal salad with balsamic vinigar, 200g of chicken
tea & coffee with skimmed milk

3rd Day on Refeed 1004 cals
Breakfast: 1 x maintanice shake
Lunch: greenleaf salad with balsamic vinigar, 200g of smoked salmon
Dinner: Stirfry with 125g Frozen prawns and 250g of sliced mushrooms in soy & garlic sauce
tea & offee with skimmed milk

tomorrow
4th day on refeed 1112 cals
Breakfast: 1 x lipotrim maintanice shake
Lunch: seasonal salad with 250g of wiltshire ham & balsamic vinagar
Dinner: sweet & sour sauce 250g sliced mushroom & 125g frozen Prawn stiryfry.
Tea & coffee with skimmed milk

Each day will drink 2 litres of water

will check my weight as tomorrow is my normal weigh day and hope that my weight is stable, but you cant help think that I'm eating to much again.

hope not to go above 2000 cals a day after refeed which is low for a bloke.

NO!!
I'm afraid of carbs. will avoid them in my first week, I think. have found a new found fondnuss for veg. which was unheard of for me

I have been making soups with loads of veggies and some pulses, its great. I am not too big on carbs, but I have been having them most days from day 4. Good luck with your refeed.

just been reading your diary, and I thought that I was having far to many cals but then thought that maybee not considering my height to weiight ratio. keep up the good work

Noooo, you aren't having too many at all. I am working my way up to 1200 a day, and that is still to lose weight as 1000 is a little under what is required.

Thanks for putting your menu's up, you definitely seem to be having a variety and plenty of protein.
When is your next weigh in? Are you weighing at home? Have you seeked the help of KD yet because I am sure she will be able to advise you much better than I can.

I know its difficult, but try to weigh only on that day. I was getting obsessed weighing all the time, I have cut my addiction down to about 4 times a week now, always first thing in the morning lol.
