Over the last few weeks I keep dieting and then binging, so to stop this I'm going to take one day at a time and just try to eat as healthily as I can. Natural, non-processed foods packed full of vitamins and nutrients. as much as I want of them, no limit and just see how it goes. got to stop this binging problem now before I start putting on all my weight I lost. happy to maintain at the mo if it means I can sort my eating habbits out and once done I will start attacking my last 1 .5 stone

B = porridge with a tsp of honey,
1 glass of Orange Juice
Piece of fruit
L = Frittata packed with veggies, served with fresh salad.
handfull of almonds and dried fruit (dates, rasians)
D = salmon, mash potato & leek, with peas
mixed berries, Fat free vanilla Yoghurt
and plain popcorn, sweetened with honey...if I need something else late evening
