zenical advice

hi have just recently been given zenical by my nurse, and to be honest have not been taking it properly, has anyone had sucess with it and what puts me of taking it is the horror stories but i really do need to lose some weight , i have just in the last 5 weeks been put on blood pressure tabs so there is another reason i want to lose some weight, any advice greatly appreciated
