i've just been on to the official site and they say that we should try to stick to 10g per 100 fat.

just wondering where the 5g came from ? or i am reading it wrong - it would be easier to find things if it was 10g ....

EDITED TO SAY = I'M WRONG - IT IS 5 PER 100 SORRY

On the Xenical site it says 10g per 100g on mapassist which is for prescribed users in the UK it says 5g per 100g

I go between the two and have had no side affects :)
