Zero drinks found...

Hi all just to let you know I found coke zero, fanta zero, lilt zero, sprite zero and dr pepper zero all in sainsburys today

dont think u can have sprite, lilt or fanta zero though as they have citric acid in them i think

the only one you can have is the coke one im afraid, all the others have citric acid which is not allowed

Dr Pepper is ok my CDC said- on the bottle you can see it has malic acid instead of citric so its ok, Cambridge do not state in their most up to date booklet that it is only Coke you can have, altho that used to be the case it now just says 'Zero Cal Drinks'- i think the citric acid is not recommended as it sparks cravings. Hope this is useful xx

to be honest i have one very small cupful at night just for flavour so unless im not in ketosis by monday ill carry on me thinks!

Just to add, citric acid can knock you out of ketosis so make sure it's not in your drinks

my cdc said i can have fanta zero! i havnt though as i dont like fanta. I have coke or dr.pepper one though.
