Hi, I had them with tomato sauce and peppers and mushrooms and was nice, not as good as pasta and u need something to give them extra taste but for 7 calories per pack there fab , I'm definitely buying more

They would be nice for my dinner at work im always hungry! May have to try, bet you could get some nice stir through pasta sauce and still have a fairly low dish
