I use carrot, butternut squash and some all season spices :giggle: simple and effective!!!

I just shove whatever veg i have into a pan and turn it into a soup!

dont use a chilli unless you like it realllly hot! :)

I use onions, leek, white cabbage, celery, carrots, broccoli and asparagus done in water with lots of seasoning and veg oxo and it is so delicious! I always soften the onions and leek, and then leave everything else a a little crunchy and I could eat it til it comes out of my ears! yum! :D
