Zumba

Anyone else do this?
I went to a couple of classes. (I have NO CO ORDINATION and looked like an idiot lol) but when I get home from work. I can never be bothered to go out to classes etc. So... I ordered ZUMBA Fitness box set from Amazon. It arrived today. So jut done 20 mins of the beginners disc while the house was empty ;-). I think I may actually DO it in the privacy of my own living room! I need to do something a the only excercise I get is runnin to the car in the path from my front door! Lol ;-)

I'm not up to going to classes yet, either! There is a lot to be said for exercising in the privacy of your own home!

Lol. I felt like a right divvy this afternoon.... And it's not like anyone was Watchin ! I started gettin paranoid and Thinkin that the little Scally bloke next door was peeking thru the back fence and Watchin lol. He wasn't of course. ;-)

Theres free classes in a community centre by mine. Want to go but can't find anyone to go with me.

You don't need to go with anybody, its a solo activity. If your nervous about it, the only way to get over it is just go.
