Personally I couldn't exercise on LT as I was so light headed. Everyone is different and the best advice is listen to your body. You are putting a lot of stress on your body on LT and as you're having so few calories you may have a reaction and may make you hungry because your body needs the cals. Only way to know is try, but be prepared to take it easy, have to back off or stop if you're not feeling ok x x x
