I bought a frozen turkey in Lidl last week & cooked it yesterday in a trial run for Christmas. It was a frozen one for £9.99. I was taste testing it comparing it to a fresh one for £28. Tasted lovely. I now have enough cooked turkey to last us for the next 2 days! I also made Beckys microwave bread & loved it!

Woo Hoo! weighed in this morning -9st 10lbs. I am so happy. Big thanks to everyone on here who has been so encourging. I am now weighing less than at any time in the last 2 years! & I seem to not be hungry & always have lots of food choices. I love this diet.
