I just can't buy it. I agree people will lose weight on it but surely intermittantly having your blood sugars spiking and the issues that causes can't be good for you.
The almond milk I have is 3g per 100ml. The vanilla one does sound nice so will hunt here to see if I can find something simular. Typically british thing but I LOVE my tea and the soya milk isn't cutting it. Will try some whipping cream. :) Glad you are feeling more positive.

Just come back from party. 100% sober and all they had on the menu was chips, pizza, sausage rolls, chicken in sweet bbq sauce, quiche and sandwiches. I have come home with a headache, starving and moody :(
Just ordered Fitness Confidential book by Vinnie Tortorich.....I have been following his podcasts over the past week and feel inspired and everything he talks about makes complete sense. I am following his NSNG lifestyle and cargo pants now fit and still have energy to train and still not hungry

Hi everyone. Just done 3 days of CD and felt really unwell and decided the plan didn't suit my lifestyle. I did Atkins 10 years ago and have started again today.

Day 2 nearly over and I'm in bed. Today has been ok all in all. I think I will feel it tomorrow when ketosis is knocking in the door.

1st day has gone ok. Kept busy in work on a 13 hour shift. All my meals I enjoyed. Choc velvet, banana shake and chilli soup. Everytime I felt a little lightheadedness I drank which helped.
I have a feeling tomorrow maybe more difficult!!!

I am 11st 11lbs and target at the moment is 9st 3lbs. I am only 5ft 2 so every pound shows lol.
Off to work now for 13 hours. I have 2 tetra packs, a soup and a shake. Electric whisk, green teas and a jug at the ready.

I met my consultant tonight who is so lovely and made me feel supportive even thought I was a bit teary. I am all set for sole source + to start tomorrow x
I am off to meet my cup consultant in an hour. Bit daunted by it all but here's hoping I get to grips with it. Failure isn't an option.
