    Wednesday Weighers

Morning all - happy Wednesday! I bought new scales, and was right - the old ones were a little bit off... but it's worked out ok, and I've still lost 1lb from what I was on the old ones last week!

    Wednesday Weighers

Think it's 2lb off for me today - my scales are still playing up and jumping around all over the place, even after replacing the battery, so I'm taking the highest reading that they have stuck at three times and hoping for the best. Had a day off plan for my birthday, but then hopefully...

I think I'm down to 14st exactly, so hope to be out of here next week (need to buy a new battery for my scales I think, as it kept sticking at 13st 10, which I know is impossible... hope that when I put the new battery in it doesn't zoom right up over 15 again :D ) Good luck with your week...

    Wednesday Weighers

:) Just weighed, third week back on track and managed to lose 5 lb. I think a lot of it is down to my new Jawbone arriving and me being a bit of a geek trying to make sure I didn't wobble at all, and upped the exercise a bit. Very happy with that indeed - know it won't carry on at this rate...

    Wednesday Weighers

Morning all - am I the first of the Wednesday weighers? :D I weigh at home and like to do it first thing in the morning, before I've had a chance to do any damage... So this morning, my second full week back on plan, and I'm another 3lb down. Happy with that! Good luck everyone else weighing...

Finally back from Egypt - ate too much and went totally off plan for 2 weeks, because the family out there have no idea about healthy eating and everything is laden in oil and sugar. I did manage to keep exercising a bit under the aircon in our flat, but I was dreading getting on the scales...

I'm in holiday mode too - not even sure I'll weigh tomorrow, because I know for the next two weeks it's all going to go a bit wonky! Evening all! Weighed late in the day, and it helped! If it had been first thing, I'm sure it would have been a STS or a gain, but I waited and it was a half pound loss :D pretty lame, I know, but it's been a hell of a week here with too much work, no time for exercise, and meal times all over...

Siggy, that's so bloody rude, I wouldn't blame you for not going back. Some people are just downright nasty - and have no right to be. Well done you for walking in that heat, must have been a real mission! I'm no fan of the heat but like so many have said, it's a lot easier for me this year...

I won a Next giftcard on a bonus ball draw thing a few weeks ago and have been thinking about getting a new tracksuit top as my old one is getting a bit loose. They do them in S (8-10), M (12-14) or L (16-18). I'm just going into a 14 now (eek!) and would have ideally liked a 14-16, but my...
