What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

A- 350ml skimmed milk
B- 2 Alpen light bars
 
2 nimble wholemeal - dont ever eat bread but this is nice, 4 extra light triangles/skimmed milk
 
If I end up having a green day

if it turns into EE

hoping it will be green as my mum said she's making quorn chilli tonight, but she might change her mind and make something like chicken curry so just going to wait and see what she does.

Extra easy

A = 40g low fat cheddar cheese
B = 2 x slices of wholemeal bread from 400g loaf

I toast the bread and melt the cheese and add some tomato puree. Its tastes very naughty without the syns!
