    I did the same last week. My scales told me i had gained 3lb. I decided to put it behind me and carry on. When weigh day came i had lost 3lb. Its like starting over, stick with it and drink loads of water. Dont beat yourself up. Sarah.x

    I am ashamed to admit it but i have majorly fallen off the wagon. Ended going for a meal with friends. They kept nagging, so i gave in. I had chicken with bbq sauce and chips. I just ate the chicken and a glass of pepsi. The scales put me 3lb up. I am so angry with myself. Day 1 again :(

    Do you mean leakage of urine? If so, no you dont need to come of lipotrim. My advice is ensure you empty your bladder frequently and the most important thing is pelvic floor exercises. I know its distressing but please keep drinking.xx

    lipotrim day 3. had a horrible day yesterday.

    This is my 2nd time on lipotrim and restarting was so hard. Stick with it, it gets easier. However, at almost five weeks in, i sometimes stil think of food and all the pros why i should eat. Glad you didnt cave in and good luck. The hardest part is almost over. :)

    Just wondering

    I drank the last time i did lipotrim. I didnt know about this forum. My advice is dont do it! I have never been so ill in my life, i ended up out cold on the road on my way home from the pub. I only had 3 drinks. Knowing what i know now, i would never do it again. Its your choice though.

    Hi all, I just measured how much my tea mug holds and its 500mls. I have already had 4 teas today and i usually drink loads of water. This is not unusual for me pre lipotrim. I estimate that i am drinking 6litres or more. Not sure if that is good or bad :confused:

    Hi dobbsgirl, i have not yet started lipotrim. Im waiting until monday. However i have done it before and know how hard it is. Stick with it, the first few days are definately the hardest. Drink plenty and have that early night, dont give in. it gets easier, honestly sarah x
